Shipping
We offer delivery through SF Express and Chunghwa Post (Monday to Friday). Please use our shipping rules at checkout for accurate shipping costs. Prices include packaging, handling, and service fees associated with shipping the goods.
Shipping Policy
Tracking numbers will be provided via email upon shipment. Shipping options may vary depending on the destination. Please note that SF Express and Chunghwa Post will not deliver to postal boxes, central delivery points, or any other locations where parcels cannot be signed for. If parcels are returned due to invalid delivery addresses, you will be responsible for any costs incurred due to the return.
Any shipping fees incurred due to exchange store credits are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers will be responsible for any additional charges incurred due to refused parcels. This includes orders returned due to non-pickup, incorrect addresses, undeliverable addresses, etc. Hypothesis Magic is not responsible for customs fees incurred for imported goods. We strive to maintain reasonable shipping rates while ensuring the most efficient and reliable delivery of your items, and we appreciate your understanding.
If the address entered at checkout is incorrect, Hypothesis Magic is not responsible for the delivery of the package or any fees incurred due to rerouting the package (if applicable). It is your responsibility to carefully check your delivery address. Hypothesis Magic is not responsible for mailing replacement items if orders cannot be delivered to the destination due to address errors. Additionally, if the address is temporary, please do not have the package mailed to that address. In some cases, packages may take several weeks to arrive. If you leave the delivery address before receiving the package, we will not be responsible for any fees incurred for re-receiving the package or for mailing replacement items.
In rare cases, the paid shipping fee may not be sufficient to cover the requested service. In these cases, we will attempt to notify you that different shipping methods may be required or additional fees may be required to ship by the selected method. We reserve the right to change the shipping method.
All references to shipping times on the checkout page are estimates and begin from the time your order is packed and handed over to the appropriate carrier.
During the shipping season from November to December, due to the influx of orders, processing, packing, and shipping orders may take 3-5 business days. Please consider this when placing your order and allow enough time to receive your package before you actually need it. We do not guarantee that any orders placed will be delivered by a specific date.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Once orders leave our warehouse, Hypothesis Magic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If you encounter difficulty tracking your order, you need to contact the shipping company for assistance. In the case of sending replacement items, Hypothesis Magic reserves the right to send replacement items via any available shipping method.
Why Is My Order Delayed/Not Shipped?
While we make every effort to ship all orders within 3 business day after ordering, there are several reasons why your order may be delayed or not shipped within that time. These reasons include but are not limited to:
• Items ordered are out of stock
• Items ordered are on pre-sale
• Large-scale sales or holiday periods resulting in an influx of orders (during these periods, processing/shipping may take 3-5 business days)
If ordered items are out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the delay and the expected shipping date. If ordered items are deemed “pre-sale,” the expected shipping date of the product will be listed on the product page at the time of purchase. Please remember that in both cases mentioned above, your order will only be shipped in full when all items are available for shipping.

Why Was My Order Canceled?
While it is unlikely, we occasionally cancel orders due to material shortages or suspected fraud. If an order needs to be canceled, we will contact you immediately and explain the reason.
Hypothesis Magic reserves the right to cancel any orders.
Return Policy
To ensure your rights, please check the package carefully before signing for it, and record the unpacking process if necessary.
Within 7 days of the original order, Hypothesis Magic will gladly refund or exchange any damaged items purchased on our website (still in new and unopened condition). As many of our products are limited, we cannot offer refunds or credits for opened/used items. If you return received products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Received the wrong items?
While we make every effort to pack each order correctly, mistakes can happen. If you believe you have received the wrong items, please email info@hypothesismagic.com with photos of the received items and your order number. Please do not open items you believe are incorrect. Even if sent/received in error, opened items may be refused for exchange or credit.
Received damaged items?
While we make every effort to adequately package each order for shipping, your items may be damaged during the shipping process for various reasons. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you notify us of any damages as soon as possible. Any damage claims made on orders must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the package via email to info@hypothesismagic.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging.
If the damage is due to negligence on your part or your postal service, we reserve the right to refuse to send replacement items or issue refunds. Claims made within 7 days of product receipt will not be considered. Also, please do not discard damaged items. You may be required to return damaged items before receiving replacement items or refunds.
