6. Product Safety and User Responsibility:

Some magic props and related products sold on this website contain heating elements, smoke fluid, fire or flash effects, batteries and electronics, launching mechanisms or small parts. Improper use may cause burns, fire, electric shock, eye or bodily injury, and property damage. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this section.

1. Products are intended only for adults aged 18 or over, for magic performance and practice. Do not allow children to use or handle them, and store them out of children’s reach.
2. Before use, read the product page, any included instructions and the tutorial videos in full, and follow them. Check the product before each use; if it is damaged, overheats, leaks or smells unusual, stop using it immediately.
3. Smoke products: use only the smoke fluid we specify or approve, and do not add any other liquid. Do not inhale or swallow the fluid, and do not blow smoke directly into anyone’s face. Heated parts may be hot during and after use; do not touch them. People sensitive to smoke should avoid exposure.
4. Fire and flash products: use only in well-ventilated areas away from flammable materials, and never aim at people or animals. Keep fire-extinguishing equipment at hand and follow the fire safety rules of your venue.
5. Electronic and battery products: use only the specified batteries and charging method. Do not disassemble, modify, short-circuit or immerse the product, and do not leave it charging unattended.
6. Launching products: never aim at people, animals or eyes, and keep a safe distance from your audience when performing.
7. Performers are responsible for assessing their performance environment and audience safety, and for complying with venue rules and local laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from:

• use that does not follow the product instructions, warnings or this section;
• disassembly, modification or repair by the user, or the use of parts, smoke fluid or batteries not specified by us;
• use for any purpose other than magic performance and practice;
• the intentional act or negligence of the user, or the acts of any third party;
• normal wear and tear, or use after the warranty period.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any product is limited to the price you actually paid for that product, and excludes indirect or consequential losses such as loss of business, cancelled performances or loss of profit.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the consumer protection or other laws that apply to you. If any part of this section is found to be invalid, the remaining parts remain in effect.

This “Terms of Use” is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
